We are very sorry that the item received is not in accordance.
Please contact the customer service department at
support@sketwave.com to find the appropriate solution to your
problem. Please do not send your item back without confirmation from the
customer service and also indicate your order number to facilitate the
processing of your problem.
Some items are naturally oversized and others are true to size.
You can consult the size guides on the product pages to make sure you choose the right size.
Shipping
Our shipping costs depend on the destination country.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed in the appropriate currency at checkout.
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
To track your order click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or copy the tracking number and enter it on the website of the shipping carrier (e.g. DHL, UPS).
Please note:
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your order has been shipped.
If no updates appear right away, please check back later.
If your parcel cannot be delivered because you are not present, the
carrier will be able to offer you several solutions such as dropping it
off at a neighbor's house, dropping it off at a drop-off point or even
trying to deliver it again. Do not hesitate to look at your tracking
number in order to know more details about your delivery.
METROPOLITAN FRANCE
The delivery in France is ensured by Colissimo. The indicative delivery time is 24/48 hours AFTER receipt of the shipment confirmation email indicating receipt of the goods by the carrier. This time is indicative, valid on working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and may vary depending on the time of year.
EUROPEAN UNION AND OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION
For the European Union (including Switzerland), the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and 6 to 12
working days for the rest of the world (excluding weekends and public holidays). This time is indicative and may vary depending on certain periods of the year.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please note: During high-demand periods delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Returns & Refunds
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order without the need to justify it.
To make a return, please contact us first at the e-mail address Support@sketwave.com with your order number.
The articles must be in their original condition without having been
worn or washed in their original packaging. If not, the return will not
be accepted.Once received, your parcel will be examined (condition, smell,
container). Please note that if your returned items are not in their
original condition, we will not be able to accept your return, and will
be obliged to return them to you.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
You have 14 days after validation of your return to send the parcel.
The e-mail of confirmation from the SAV will be considered as validation of the return.
After this period, we will be obliged to refuse your return.
As soon as we receive the returned item, we will proceed to its refund
as soon as possible. The customer service will confirm you the refund of
your order as soon as it is done. The refund is made on the payment
method used during the purchase and is effective within 5 to 10 days
depending on your bank.

All transactions are secure and processed through certified payment providers.
