Refund Policy

According to article L.l21•20 of the Consumer Code, all consumers have a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from Sketwave. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange.

Return conditions
• Returned items must be in perfect condition, with their original tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of order.
• Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at info@sketwave.com to inform of your return.

3. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and issue the refund.
4. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
