Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (CGVU) before using our website. By using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you must not access the website or use any services offered.

Our store is hosted by "Shopify", they provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.



AIM
The purpose of these conditions is to define the terms of use, ordering, payment and delivery between the website www.sketwave.com and the customer.



PRODUCTS
All products for sale on www.sketwave.com are offered within the limits of available stocks. The products available on the site are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, the liability of the company Sketwave could not be engaged.

The photographs of the products offered may undergo minimal retouching (colors, sizes, shapes).

Place an order
The customer can choose items from our catalog and put them in his "Shopping Cart". By clicking on the "Payment" button, the customer finalizes the order of the products listed in the Shopping Cart. He will then be asked to provide his data (including payment data). Before finalizing an order, the customer can view and modify the details of his order at any time. Validating an order constitutes acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions. If the customer does not agree with these terms, it will not be possible to order products on the website.
Placing your order constitutes a sales contract between the customer and the company sketwave, subject to the availability of the products ordered.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer confirming receipt and details of the order.



RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, any consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. This period is extended until the next working day if it expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition with the order number.

RESPONSIBILITY
Sketwave is not responsible for any loss or damage that your purchases may suffer if the loss or damage results from a case of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemics, etc.) which will be declared by your place of residence, if they are attributable to the unforeseeable act of a third party, or if they are attributable to you.
If the customer's address is incorrectly provided, Sketwave cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.



PRICE
Product prices are displayed and billed in euros. For orders to countries outside the European Union, the customer may be asked to pay customs fees at the time of delivery.


Secure payments and personal information

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, and is made by credit card either via the secure system offered by the payment provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl & Cie, or via the secure system provided by the payment provider Stripe Payments Europe, Limited.

The information transmitted is encrypted and cannot be read during transport over the network. Once the payment is initiated by the customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information.

In accordance with Article L. 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by card is irrevocable.

By providing his banking information during the sale, the customer authorizes the seller to debit his card for the amount relating to the price indicated. Also, the customer confirms that he is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he is legally entitled to use it.

We have no access to your login details and credit card number. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption, guaranteeing both the identity of the payment institution and the confidentiality of the data.

We cannot accept payments in installments.
The personal information provided when placing an order is kept and reserved solely for the company Sketwave in order to ensure the smooth running of our services.

Intellectual property

All elements of the website, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks and patents. Similarly, the brands, logos, designs and models appearing on the website are the exclusive property of Sketwave. Their use without authorization is therefore prohibited under penalty of counterfeiting.
